PROGRAM PROGRAM YANG DI JALANKAN Oleh 
 KELAB ANTARABANGSA HIROSHIMA PADA TAHUN 2013.


KELAB ANTARABANGSA HIROSHIMA KUALA LUMPUR dengan kelulusan dan kerjasama Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (Bahagian Kesenian & Kokurikulum) akan menganjurkan program antarabangsa ke negara-negara seperti Jepun, Korea, Australia, dan United Kingdom pada cuti persekolahan tahun 2013. Berikut adalah butir-butir program tersebut;


KURSUSPERSEDIAAN
Peserta dikehendaki menghadiri kursus persediaan sebelum program sebenar berlangsung. Kursus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan maklumat setiap program dengan lebih lengkap, latihan kebudayaan dan mempererat hubungan di antara peserta. Kursus ini akan diadakan pada tarikh dan masa yang akan ditetapkan kemudian dan kehadiran peserta adalah diwajibkan. Kegagalan menghadiri kursus ini tanpa alasan yang kukuh akan menyebabkan penyertaan anda dibatalkan.

 PROSEDURPERMOHONAN
Pelajar yang berminat boleh mendapatkan borang permohonan daripada kaunselor sekolah masing-masing atau memuat turun melalui sesawang http://www.hiroshimainternational.com. Permohonan mesti mengisi boring permohonan tersebut dan hantar kepada urusetia program di alamat seperti di bawah. Pemohon yang menghantar awal borang permohonan akan di berikan keutamaan.

ANJURAN KELAB ANTARABANGSA HIROSHIMA KUALA LUMPUR
 DENGAN KERJASAMA.... 
Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia dan Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri.



Syarat wajib yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia bagi pelajar yang ingin memohon untuk program ‘homestay’ ke luar negara adalah seperti berikut;
  1. Penyertaan adalah terbuka kepada pelajar berumur 13 hingga 18 tahun.
  2. Sihat tubuh badan dan tidak menghadapi apa apa masalah kesihatan yang boleh mengganggu perjalanan program.
  3. Mendapat kebenaran bertulis daripada ibu bapa / penjaga.
  4. Wajib mengikuti kursus penyesuaian diri / orientasi .
  5. Membayar keseluruhan yuran penyertaan.
  6. Tidak mempunyai rekod atau masalah disiplin.
  7. Menjaga nama baik negara semasa program.
  8. Mengikuti semua aktiviti yang telah dirancangkan .
  9. Mengikuti program sehingga tamat.  (Tamat bermaksud sehingga sampai kembali ke Malaysia) 
  10. Mematuhi semua arahan yang di berikan dari masa ke semasa. 
\* Tempat dan aturcara program tertakluk kepada pindaan jika terdapat sebarang perubahan di pihak penganjur homestay dan tiket penerbangan.

INTRODUCTION

It was a fantastic experience of 8 days in Australia
 surrounded by new friends and lots of fun activities.

DAY 1 – ORIENTATIONS

Arrived at Concorde Inn, KLIA  at 2pm.
 During registration at hotel lobby, I received file full of useful items for the orientation.
The opening ceremony started a bit late than planned. 
 However, the parents seemed excited and did not mind to wait.  Many questions were raised and discussed as it was the first time to many of them to let their children went abroad without them.  
 Overall, it was a very good briefing and handled professionally.
Parents were given 10 minutes to be with their children before the orientation started.
 All of the participants had to gather in the hall to collect room keys. At 5pm all of us had to come back to the hall for the rest of the programs.
The orientation started with ice breaking. This is for us to get to know each other better.
After that, the participants were being divided into four group. The leader of group one is Tan Xuan Ying, leader of group two is Nurul Izzani binti Mohd Hafizul Ong, leader of group three is Erryn Erlynna binti Muhammad Hassanuddin and the leader of group four is Farhanah Jahn.
page12image1176At 6.30 pm until 7.45 pm we had our time break. We went for dinner at the cafeteria. The food served was so delicious as I was so hungry at that time.
8pm, all of the participants gathered again in the hall. The next thing we had to do is to solve a problem and played game name “traffic jam”. This game is very interesting and also a challenging game. 
We were dismiss about 11.30 pm and  all of us went to bed.



DAY 2 – ORIENTATION

Woke up early because so excited and at 7am until 7.45am breakfast time.
8.30am, the coordinator, Mr. Zaimi bin Mahlil gave us a short briefing about how to prepare the report. After that, around 9am we played a game named Kenali Malaysia. It is a game for all of the participants knowledge about Malaysia. This game is very important so that it will be easy for us to explain about our beloved country Malaysia during our stay in Australia.
10am, the final group leader were choose. .

After that, around 11am, 
the coordinator Mr. Zaim bin Mahlil give us a short briefing about what can do and don’ts during the  homestay programme.

After that around 12.30pm time for lunch, packing and refresh ourselves.
2pm, all of the participants meet at the hotel lobby for us to take the shuttle bus to KLIA.
Arrived at KLIA around 3pm, Mr.Zaimi and Ms. Chan checked in our bags.
 We were allowed to meet our parents  
for the last time before entered depature hall at 4.30 pm. 
We boarded at 6.50m and after 45 minutes we arrived at Changi airport,Singapore.
 After 4 hours chilling around there, we boarded the plane at 11.30pm and took of to Brisbane.

DAY 1 – GOLD COAST,AUSTRALIA
28th May 2013

We arrived at Brisbane airport around 7.05am. 
We catch a bus to Gold Coast Language School. 
It was very cold that time because it was raining ! 
After arrived there, we were given to our host family. 

My host mother is Mardi Needes, 43.
We went back home which took around 30 minutes from Gold Coast Language school. 
My partner, Teh Kok Siong and I put our bags in our room 
then my mother served us cheese sandwich with hot chocolate. It was so delicious !

Around 2pm we followed our mother to take Oliver, her son at school.
 Oliver was the first one who came to the car.
 After that we went back home and I had a shower. 
After unpack our stuffs, we went to the park to play with Oliver.
 His very energetic boy. We went to the playground and play sand at the park. 
We went back home around 4pm because its started to rain. 
After we took a bath, we had a dinner together. 
Our mother cooked chicken curry and its so yummy.
 Don’t worry the chicken is halal as she bought it at iran’s shop which stated halal.
 She’s very good in cooking.
Then we watched tv together and we all go to bed at 8pm.



DAY 2 – GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
29th May 2013

I woke up around 6am and pray. After that I slept back. 
Around 7am I woke up and took my bath. 
Had breakfast with Oliver. 
At 7.30am, we went to Gold Coast Language School back by car. 
After everyone was there, we need to seat for an exam to check our English level. 
So after the exam, we learnt some Australian slang and how to greet people in Australia with Mr.Trevor. 10 minutes later, there was a changed in classes, myself, my partner and some other students went to another class and met a new teacher, Mr.Jay.
 He’s very sporting. We learnt about Uluru and Aboriginal people.
Class finished at 1pm and we had a lunch which is provided by our own host mother. 
We had sandwiches, fruits and cracker.
Then, sensei Zaimi let us to go shopping at Australia Fair and around Southport.
 At 5pm we gathered back at Gold Coast Language School and our parent will pick up us there.
 Since my mother is a responsible mother,
 she will always be the first one arrived there to pick up me and Kok Siong.
Arrived at home, we had our dinner together and then our mother went to bed early
 with her son because she was too tired. 
My partner and I just watched tv until 9 then we went to the bed.

DAY 3 – GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
30th May 2013

Had breakfast at 7am as usual and ate cereal with Kok Siong and Oliver. 
Our mother usually don’t eat breakfast. When everyone is ready, 
we took off to Gold Coast Language School as Kok Siong and I already became students there
 so we need to go to school everyday.
Arrived there around 8am and we just chilling around while waiting for the others to come.
 Sharp at 9am, Mr.Jay entered the room and the class starts.

Today we learnt how to ask help from our homestay family.
 After that we learnt Australian songs, “I am Australian”, “Tie me kangaroo down sport”, “waltzing matilda” and “Kookaburra”. It was so fun and funny that time because we were singing at the top of our lungs.
Sharp at 1 our class ended and we all had our lunch. After that, while the muslims pray, the other getting ready to get on the bus because we’re going to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary! 
We departed from school at 1.30pm

We arrived there around 2pm. Everyone were so excited to hug the koala and feed the kangaroo. Everyone rushly went out the bus and we gathered around and Sensei Zaimi told us to gather back at the entrence at 4.30pm. We had so much fun looking at the animals, take picture 
with the koala and we feed the kangaroo!
Sharp at 5pm we all went back to school by bus. 
We arrived at school around 6pm as there were traffic jam. 
My mother already there waiting for me and my partner. 
We went back home and had a lunch together.
 After we took a shower, we watched “The Hobbits” together and went to bed around 10pm.













DAY 4 – GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
31th May 2013

After took a shower and had a breakfast together, we went to school at 7.30am.
 Arrived there we put our bags in the class and chilling around. 
Sharp at 9am, Mr. Jay entered the class and we’re going to learn about Australian animals.
 So we talked about our favourite with Mr. Jay then Mr.Jay played a dvd of  “Crocodile Hunter”. 
We were so excited because the last time we watched it was like 10 years ago.
We watched it until our class finished and had lunch. 

We depart to Surfers Paradise.
 We arrived there around 2pm and sensei Zaimi told us to gathered back at 4.30pm. 
The weather was so beautiful and windy.
 Very cold and calm. 
After we took some pictures in front the beach, we went for shopping there. 
A lot  of cool shop around there and there were also a market besides the beach.
Then we went to the beach and walked around.
 We also saw a group of guy surfing.
 I wish I can join them but we were not allowed to join any sea’s sport.
At 4 we off to school back and we arrived there around 5pm and picked up by my mother.
 We had dinner together and played paper plane with Oliver. 
We went to sleep earlier today because my partner and I were so tired that night.

DAY 5 – GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
1st  June 2013
My partner and I woke early that day because we were so excited to go to the dreamworld.
 So we had a breakfast and our mother send us to the school again. 
We have to wait outside the school because the school closed as it was Saturday. 
The weather was very sunny but very cold as it was the first day of winter. 
We depart to Dreamworld at 9am.
We arrived there around 9am, as we stepped out the bus we can hear the sound of roller coaster and other. So we gathered at the entrence while Ms.Chan settled the ticket. 
As we stepped into the dreamworld, everyone started to take pictures.
 After sensei Zaimi told us to gathered at the entrenced, everyone run to the nearest ride which is buzzsaw. We ride all the famous ride such as “The Giant Drop”, “Wipeout”,”Tower of Terror II” and many more. We enjoyed every second of the day here until we forgot to eat our lunch provided by our parent!
We went back at 5pm and arrived at the school around 6pm.
 As usual my mother already waiting for me and my partner there. 
We went back and had dinner together then we just spend our time watching tv because Oliver was not around tonight. He went sleepover with his dad today and will be back by lunch tomorrow.












DAY 6 – GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA
2nd June 2013

Today we woke up a bit late because we had no school today and it was our free day we our own parent. We had cereal for breakfast and around 9 we went out for shopping with our mother.
 Went we arrived there, the funny thing is all the shop is still close. 
Then our mother told us we can just walked around and be back in front of  Kmart at 1pm.
We did buy some stuffs for our family, clothes and books.
 Sharp at 1pm we waiting for our mother to take us and few minutes later she came with Oliver.
 Then we went back home and had lunch together. 
We went to the park again and walk around with Oliver but again we came back home with wet clothes. It was showering that time.
After we took hot shower, we watched tv with oliver and then our mother’s friend came to the house
We had dinner together with him. He asked a lot about Malaysia and he do loves Malaysia especially Kuala Lumpur.
 He often came to Kuala Lumpur for moto GP grandprix.
Then, we continue watching tv with oliver and had cheese cake that our mother made that evening.
 It was so delicious that I ate around 3 slices that night.
After our mother’s friend went back home, oliver already need to go to sleep as he had school tomorrow and my mother also went to bed because she was super tired that day.
 As me and Kok Siong got nothing 
to do anymore, we just went into our room and talked until we slept.



















DAY 7 – LAST DAY AT AUSTRALIA
3rd June 2013
We went to school at 7.30am as usual. 
Today we need to wear our traditional attire to school. 
My mother loves my Baju Melayu and told me that I look sexy that day. 
I saw different kind of traditional attires as the student were from various races.
We entered the class for the last time. 
It’s kind of sad but we make it the best class ever. 
After the teaching lesson finished, we asked Mr.Jay to play a game. 
So we played celebrity heads where 3 persons were picked and someone named a celebrity for them, then the 3 persons need to guess. 
We really enjoyed that game. 
We laugh a lot that day. 
We finished our class early today at 12pm. 
We were so sad as it was the last day we with Mr.Jay plus he’ll be not attending the closing ceremony.
 He’s very a good teacher.
We took our photo together with the students and the teachers.
 We forgot to eat our lunch again! 
Around 1pm the closing ceremony starts. 
We’ll going to receive a certificate for graduate at the school.
After the ceremony ends, 
we went back home to pack our things at home. 
Before we went back home, 
our mother brought us went to last minute shopping while waiting for Oliver to finish his school. 
We went there to buy some chocolate and sweets
Around 3pm we picked up Oliver at school and rushly went back home. 
We packed our things and had cheesecake and hot chocolate together with our mother. 
We went to school back around 4.30pm and arrived there around 5pm. 
It was very sad that we need to leave this beautiful family. 
I hope to meet them again soon.
At 5.30pm we depart to Brisbane airport. 
We took off to Changi airport at 11.30pm.

DAY 8 – MALAYSIA
4th June 2013
We arrived at Changi airport around 5am. 
The Muslims went to praying room while the other just wait for the next flight. 
Flight to Malaysia is around 8am. 
We safely landed at Malaysia at 9am
